Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships from the initial lead through to project completion and beyond. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective communication, project management, and strategic planning. This role requires a proactive approach to nurturing client relationships, understanding their business goals, and delivering marketing solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management:
    • Respond to incoming leads promptly and professionally.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our services.
    • Schedule and conduct initial consultation calls or meetings with potential clients.
    • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and status in CRM systems.
  2. Client Onboarding:
    • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary information and setting up initial meetings.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing proposals and strategies tailored to client needs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
  3. Project Management:
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
    • Monitor project progress and communicate updates regularly to clients.
    • Address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
  4. Client Retention and Growth:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to assess client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention rates.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
    • Use data to make informed recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
    • Ensure clients understand the value and impact of the services provided.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers) to deliver cohesive and effective marketing solutions.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure client needs are understood and met.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
