• Portfolio: We reserve the right to display the finished work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Timelines and Delivery

We aim to meet all deadlines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by technical issues or third-party service failures.

6. Termination of Service

Either party can end the contract with a written notice. If you cancel mid-project, you must pay for the work completed up to that date.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for perfection but cannot guarantee specific sales figures or search engine rankings. Our firm is not liable for any indirect losses or data breaches caused by outside factors.
